Promotion
In general, promotion for smaller art events should be done
one month in advance. Many publishers need this kind of lead time.

Press Release: Send a press release.

Online Calender: Scheule your event on an online calender.

Post Cards: Print post cards. Send the post cards to galleries you are interested in getting into as well as to your mailing group. Leave the cards at local venues such as coffee houses or local art stores. Postcards can be created online and then ordered at such sites as vistaprint.com, modernpostcards.com and gotprint.com.

Email: Send email using a service such as Constant Contact. As with postcards, the email can be sent to galleries and to your contact list.

Facebook:: Announce your event on the LAA Group Facebook page. Don't forget to announce your event on your own facebook page.
