East Bay Area Figurative Exhibit at Ryan Fine
Art Gallery. Opening reception will be held January
29th from 5:30 - 8 PM in conjunction with the Art and Wine
Crawl event.

Judi Caplan is showing her painting at Garre Restaurant
is Livermore during the month of February. She is
featuring landscpae paintings she has done with the Tuesday
plein air group.
Ken Smith at the Sun Gallery
February 3 - 27
The Sun Gallery is excited to feature the art of Ken Smith
in a one-man show in the Ken Cook Room at the Gallery. Ken's
art will be available for viewing during regular gallery
hours, Wed. - Sat., 10:30-4:30, from February 3 through Feb.
27, 2010. There will be an Artist Reception on Friday, Feb.
12, 5-7 pm. This will give you an opportunity to meet and
speak with Ken in person! Ken has traveled the National and
State Park Systems and works from photos, sketches, and
memories to create finely detailed paintings of scenes from
his travels in these areas. His paintings are very diverse
since he also enjoys working with a wide variety of clients
to ‘personalize’ and create their own ‘special’ moments,
places, or memories in his paintings.
Expressions

Expressions show at the Community Center in Tracy, located
iat 950 East Street. Reception Friday, February 19 from
6:30 - 9 PM and open to the public February 20 - 26. See

Denise Oyama Miller at Contra Costa County Public Law Library
December 11-March 9
Denise Oyama Miller will be showing over 30 of her paintings
in a solo show at the Contra Costa County Public Law
Library. The show will include watercolors, pastels, mixed
media and collages.
