Tricia Heiser Wente is a member of the Portrait Society of America, Hoosier Salon, Indiana Artist's Club, International Society of Acrylic Painters, Livermore CA Art Association, Experimental Artist Group of Bloomington, and Signature Member of the Bloomington, IN Watercolor Society.

A fine arts graduate of Miami University, Oxford, OH, and an exhibiting artist since 1966, she has produced over 500 commissioned portrait works for clients. The award-winning artist has participated in over 150 juried national, and regional shows, produced 12 one-person shows, and been included in numerous gallery shows in OH, IN, KY, IL, MO, NC, CO and CA. Landscapes and portraits in watercolors, pastels, acrylics, and oils hang in corporate, public and private collections in Korea, China, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, England, and the United States.

Tricia's son Ellsworth and his wife Joyce make their home in Livermore, and she enjoys visiting the area as often as possible. Being involved in the California scene is very important to her as an artist and it provides her a different perspective for her landscape paintings.
