Suburban Sketchers Plein Air Exhibit is up at Delta Gallery and features the work of 16 of the group’s most active participants with a colorful collection of plein air watercolors, pastels, oils, acrylics and photography. Learn more at www.deltagallery.com.

The Art of Drama,” Art Exhibit will be at the Bankhead Theater Gallery from August 29 to November 5. Artists reception is Saturday, September 22 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. The lobby at the Bankhead is open daily to see the exhibit. www.lvpac.org.

Change of Seasons, a California Watercolor Association exhibit at the Lindsay Dirkx Brown Gallery, San Ramon, September 1 to 28 with Reception on Saturday, September 8, 2:00 to 4:00. In the Community Center, 12501 Alcosta Boulevard, San Ramon, Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Included in this juried show are LAA/PAL members Meghana Mitragotri and Lorraine Wells. 

American Women Artist Show at the Haggin in Stockton.  Congratulations to Amy Leung for being included in this wonderful show. Continues until September 16. www.hagginmuseum.org.The museum is located at 1201 N. Pershing, Stockton.

Harrington Gallery at the Firehouse Art Center: Underpinnings, until September 15, 2018. Prints, paintings, and ethereal sculptures explore and express the skeletal structure of shops, bridges, and art itself. Works by Bay Area artists Kathleen Crocetti, Monicka Meler, Jenny Robinson, Deborah Sibony, and Anne Subercaseaux. Children Program Related to this exhibit on Thursday, September 13, 4:30 to 5:45.
